Coronavirus Update

Church buildings, like all places where people may gather together, are closed by the Government in order to slow down the spread of Coronavirus.  This includes St Margaret’s Church and the Thornbury Centre. The earliest that Churches may reopen will be 4th July and this will depend in the HM Government being satisfied that it is safe

This does not mean that we have stopped being the church and stopped praying. I will say Morning and Evening Prayer at 09:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs and I invite you to join me in your own homes.  The Calendar on the home page now consists not of times of services and other events but of readings for each day.
I will stay in touch by various means:
The parish website
The parish Facebook page
and with regular members of the the congregation personally by email, text or print depending on what contact details I have for you. I am very happy to send the Weekly Bulletin and Sermon to any email address – please contact me on nicholas.clews@leeds.anglican.org
Please look out for your neighbours and if you are aware of any who have no outside contact, please let me know if I can be of any help.
